Thank you Jeremy interesting that rankings appear to be based on the number of page views - would have thought that the rankings would be based on the number of flags collected.

They are based on number of posts. They are forum rankings.
251/251 countries and 3,860/3,860 flags collected.

I should not be listed as a newbie.
Additionally, the site is not updating and when I click through - your site is not updating at all. I am at a loss why this has just happened lately. And why your ranking is not seeing the right stats either.

The ranking is for this forum only, and is based on the number of posts you have made. It has nothing to do with your counter itself.
