All 4 of them (European Union, Satellite Provider, Anonymous Proxy and Asia/Pacific) count on a basis of manually assigned pseudo-unofficial-ISOs which the database provider assigned to them based on the estimate location or a service a given user with no specific country assigned to his IP uses.
