I quite like this but would drop a couple of levels and adjust some, so...

Also, maybe allow FC Pro users to have a custom name.

Nah, not for pros only... For example a person who has more than 1,500 posts can use a custom title...

Based on my limited understanding of how message boards work, a custom name would require setting manually for each individual member that required one. Hence my suggestion that it be for pro users only, to limit the extra work required for what is effectively just a cosmetic addition.
