Honduras, Nicaragua, Belize or El Salvador. To complete the Americas. They are all very promising, 90% of all their regions are widely available.

Thanks for El Salvador.....to complete the Americas are also Surinam, Guyana, French Guyana and many Caribbean islands like Trinidad and Tobago......

French Guiana has no FIPS. And Guyana and Suriname are just horrible, since EVERYTHING comes back as the capital region.
Other Carribean islands are the same case as Barbados... Only 2-3 regions are available and the rest is completely impossible.
Belize, Honduras and Nicaragua are a different case. 90% of their regions are available and Belize is one of those countries you can complete in almost no time.

Many countries are very interesting like:
Morocco, Tunisia, Kenya, Tanzania, Namibia, Nigeria
Iran, Oman, Liban, Bangladesh, Uzbekistan, Georgia
Bahamas, Trinidad and Tobago, Honduras, Nicaragua, Belize
Papua New Guinea, Fiji
what about 4 Greenland regions.....

We had Papua. It was a catastrophe. Fiji has FIPS, but they don't use them. Greenland has only 3 FIPS codes, and 2 of them are possible...
