In fact, these are the ones I'm most concerned about, considering the amount of registered IPs in those regions:
Guainía, Vaupés and Vichada from CO
Distrito Nacional, Monte Cristi and Santiago Rodriguez from DO
Andaman & Nicobar from IN
Karbala and Maysan from IQ (I know these are available, but they somehow don't count on some servers)
Ha'il from SA
...and Binh Phuoc (the one I'm most concerned about) from VN

PS: I might be wrong with some of those, cause the number of registered IPs for a region doesn't always equal the actual number of IPs in use.... But all those regions show an IP activity in the past 2 days
