Problems with s08 and s03
the counters s08 and s03 are working very bad. the timer are working well but the maincounter is not shown and not possible to open.

I am not able to reproduce any issues with counters on these servers, and load is light with normal traffic levels.

sorry, i am with problems of routing in spain. my friends from spain can not open s08 counters, but the people from germany or austria can open it. i can see all the counters only s08 and s03 not, so i have to wait.
