Missing regions
The missing regions page has been added. The link appears next to the Missing Countries link. It was quite a complex addition, so please post any issues or bugs that need to be squashed in this thread.
Additionally, the "Flag History" link has been replaced with a calendar icon and is also accessible on the "History" page.

So, about the Missing Regions page:
New Zealand shows I'm missing 1 region, which is correct. When I open it, there are 2 (Tasman and Chatham Islands). I'm only missing Chathams.
Dominican Republic shows the correct number of my missing regions, but it's showing 8 instead of 7 when I open it (Santo Domingo is the additional one).

And one more, a bit offtopic thing: Thank you for the new regions!
But, Panamá. I collected 3 flags so far, and it shows 2/10, with the region of Panamá showing up as
97.0. Panamá 2 1 hour ago
I mean, 97.0?

Everything fixed except of Santo Domingo. And Mark says his stats show he's missing Ingushetiya, but he's not.

Oh, and one more small thing.
Ha Tay Province, Vietnam doesn't exist anymore. It doesn't even have a FIPS code anymore. So there should only be 63 collectable regions instead of 64.

Panama provinces. They have flags. Why don't you use them? 
San Blas... That province is not a province. And it's called Kuna Yala since 1998. Is it still gonna be collectable?
