Dear Russians,
First of all Kosovo is not Serbia, and is formally recognized by 93 UN countries. And please yes it is not recognized by Russia, but also is not as Northern Cyprus, Abkhazia.
Kosovo is recognized from USA and EU ( except Slovakia, Greece, Cyprus, Romania and Spain ).
If you try to travel to Kosovo you will see that on Kosovo borders are Kosovar police officers, you will get as suvenire a Kosovo stamp on your passport, you will pay with Euro currency and not with Serbian dinars.
About Kosovo domain, well I hope this be very soon because right now both countries Republic of Kosovo and Serbia are negotiating about telecommunications problems between two countries, and those problems should be resolved by the end of this year.
Internet providers in Kosovo use Albanian and Serbian services, in this time I can give you a hit with Albanian flag.
