Need Help restoring my flag counter code.

You should log in to your flag counter management.
At the management section you will find a menu called "regenerate flag counter". That provides you with the new html code to be inserted into your site.
Alternatively you can use following code and customize by yourself. The code underneath provides 5 columns and max 248 flags.
