I saw that the Region Karbala, Iraq is booking correctly as regional flag in some counters. I got yesterday and today a visit from there and in my case it is booking also as unknown, Iraq. On Lottery Games i have no desire and time. Please be so friendly and fix it manually in my Counter. Thanks

what is the reason here? why some counters are booking Karbala, Iraq and some like in my case too as unknown, Iraq?
