    Krasnoyarskiy Kray is listed twice

    Hi Jeremy,

    the Russian region Krasnoyarskiy Kray is listed twice in my FC Pro:

    3.10.  Krasnoyarskiy Kray
    3.77.  Krasnoyarskiy Kray

    Any idea/explanation why?
    Did the name of one region change recently?

    PS Just got the explanation (thanks holland): One is the old Kray, the other one the new one...
