Its my proposition.(without Philipines) Maybe Jeremy something from this list will add to pro.
1. NAMIBIA ( all regions have coat of arms or regional flags) I faund it on Deutsh Wikipedia. I check. All regions in RM and Clustrmap are avilable. So I think it will be good proposition. All is official What do you think?
