I have a strange issue, and i want to get some help...

I had some testers. Most of them showed up fine, but i had an American and one from the Philippines, which i can't see on the counter. (GB, RO, PL, AU, worked.) Before, i had 30 visitors from US, and they can be seen on the counter.

Can someone from the admins look after, what can be the problem? Or this is normal on the free accounts?
