Khovd, Selegne, Delta amacuro. This in one day stop working too. Please check it too.

Oh, and Jeremy, can you please check Northern Sri Lanka and Jogeva, Estonia? They both should be available and quite easy to obtain... But somehow no one has them as of now. Thanks.

And can you somehow try to separate the Zadar city IPs from the IP range of Zagreb County and check why Minsk Province doesn't count? It probably can be done... Thanks in advance.
