you can create a page on facebook...and add it as an app.....but you cant add it otherwise

I've wondered if I could add my FC to my Facebook page but never took the time to look until now. I've searched the App Center for "static html" and found nothing, I also typed in "static html" in help search and help was no help, so now I'm frustrated.
