O.K. I had two separated visits from the same IP after 5 hours! 
Maybe this is the new limit between two visits, or it was just a temporarily situation?

Why? Because some browsers do not accept cookies. Most people want their counters to present accurate information.

You can employ Photoshop if you like to get more visits.
I agree.
If what you seek is an image full of flags with large numbers next to them, Photoshop is always an option.
