My flag counter....exploded!!
Hello! Just hope I'm in the right place...
Last Friday something very strange did happen to my flag counter.
I have my FC on LastFM only and usually I have 10/20 visits a day.
Last Friday I had a HUGE increase of visits within 10 hours:
almost 3000 who gave me 15 new rare flags and hundreds of
new regional flags from all over the world 
It surely was a great surprise but I'm just wandering how can it be
possible this??
(Now it's back to normal.. 
)

Your counter might have been placed on other sites than yours.
You can check it at the visitors log.

@swissbear. Your counter is on a lastfm group page called "New visitors for Flag Counter" right ? You are a member, right ? That group is adding the flags.

But you can see at the log that the most visits were not tracked and the remaining where anonymised.
Only few visits were provided by the last fm group you referred to.

I had this happen to me over a couple of days in early April - no problem, though! And my counter is only on my site - as far as I know!
