I know. Friend told me you dont lost the regional flags!!
there are in the data bank
if you pay again you get all flags again

Bailon you will lost all your regional flags. Lorelei gets them all, as free gift, but only when she goes again on vacation.

i think if you are pro, and you renew again later you get the flags back (i think)
