saint lucia have 3/11 avilable. So isnt good proposition but others: (all have FIPS CODES). This is how many i got in revolvermap and clustrmap. Can be more possible.
Trinidad and Tobago 11/14
Jamaica 12/14
Bahamas 15/31
Barbados 6/11
Jamaica maybe
but Bahamas is less than half available
and Barbados too

Nigeria has 40 FIPS codes

just because a place has a fips codes............doesn't mean its a good suggestion for regional flags...........far from it

we need regional for Latvia because it is the only baltic country that hasn't regional
and in Nigeria there's 150M people
