LICA's Flag Counter
Here is a problem I have never struck before. LICA kindly gave me a flag for my Brisbane Transport photo page, with the post giving two URL's to visit. I clicked on the first one and an Australian flag registered with no problem at all. But the problem is with the site I have made three attempts to add the first Australian flag to the counter but have only managed to add two Chinese and one Taiwan flag (?), no Australian flag at all! 
. This situation has got me completely stumped! Has anybody any thoughts on the subject?

The code on this counter has been modified so that it loads through a proxy.
