Have you people completely gone insane? It's completely the opposite: the majority of flag counter users (PRO and FREE) have their counters placed on their respective websites and what, a percent or two are SPAMMERS, so YOU. And your counters should be disabled FOREVER. Stop using the service and either find another counter to misuse it or much better: GET A LIFE.
And Paul Prince, you're the LAST person to comment on anything related to FC abuse - you're exactly the same as everyone else OR EVEN WORSE and the evidence of it was handled in. So for once and for all, ZIP IT The same goes to everyone in his GANG.

I do not have any proof that Lorelei has circumvented her ban, let's please not drag her into threads.
There is no requirement for users to set up a signature, only that any links placed in a signature must have a Flag Counter on the page.

@Beaverwhatever: You dare to call ME a spammer? I post 2 comments with my FC a week. Maybe 3, when I want to help someone get a rare flag. There are much worse spammers than me. There are people that post their counters (and not only their) on a daily basis.
Also, if you're not Lorelei, then you're some ass-kisser from the Aussie group. Which is even worse. Go post your 50 counters everywhere and stop bitching.
