Costa Rica - FIPS and flags for all seven regions...
It's time to get regional flags of a Central American country - and I lived there for quite a while ;-)

If we are in Central america. Maybe good propositon will be Panama? All have Fipscodes and flags. Look:

A middle-western country would be a great addition.
I'd suggest Iran. it has 31 provinces/FIPS codes, and all of them have a big population, so most of it should be available. ( I saw a revolver map with 25 provinces collected)

We do not have a lot of regional flags of Oceania. Only Australia and New Zealand. Fiji is proposed. This is the third after Australia and New Zealand's most developed state. 4/5 is 100% possible to get. I'm not sure for one. Here are all the FIPS codes. I think it's a good suggestion. How do you think Jeremy, Jens and others?
FJ01: Central Division, Fiji
FJ02: Eastern Division, Fiji
FJ03: Northern Division, Fiji
FJ04: Rotuma Dependency, Fiji (i do0nt know waht with it)
FJ05: Western Division, Fiji
