You need touch in FC and enter in to. You need see you flag and new flag in right side.
About chinese - simple I historic and made database submarine attack. And many times read US subs patrol reports. And attack against chinese ships was also. So may be can different between chinese and japanese ieroglifs.

In my site have my chronic submarine attacks during wars and interwars. Few chinese ships was attack by US subs and more was attack british subs. British subs sinking and Thai and Malaya ships.
Chronic write in russian, so sorry, it is my linquage.
