Getting access with the people on the islands never has been a problem, but how can they suddenly leave a pitcairn flag instead of the usual nz?

@Jeremy I did read it and i must correct Holland. The number of inhabitants are 48 and not 60 and the telephone connections are also via satellite. Hence why i think that i smell a rat in here 
maybe the rat has jumped from one island to the other lol

According to Jeremy's post only ONE counter has a PN flag. That's the weirdest thing I've ever seen.

Google counter with around 2,000,000 visits? If it were set up yesterday, it would have 10,000,000 visits by now
