Hi ghisray, all I can do is to keep trying 
I think the flag counter only register new visitor. So by visiting you, I'll add an extra pageview but not add to your flag counts because they will only count me once.

visited everybody above, each visit always much appreciated but......how do you say ?....I'm always stuck on 190 flags 
Anyway I'm and thank you to Sanya, Thousan (again) Jens and Foodcruiser.
I know Thousan, you tried and it doesn't register your flag only your visit but you have done what you could and my cookies were cleared.
