how do I add the flag counter to FLICKR?,

You can put it on the profile page, by going to profile information and save the link on the window flagcounter "describes".

If you're signed up you enter in your Flickr photostream, enters in profile, and enter in edit your profile information! Copy the link to flagcounter Describe Yourself ...
