I couldn't find a counter assigned to your email used for this form.
However, I was able to get access to a cached version of your site and it seems
is yours. I have added by the way the Monaco flag to your collection.

Hi there! Same problem here.
I had my flag counter on my last.fm page and was modifying my account, accidentally deleted my code.
I generated a new one but would like to regain the old one, if there is any possibility to do this.

I've had that flag counter for more than 3 years :/ Thanks for your effort though. well maybe I shouldn't have created a new one so cached version would last, well I'm not sure.

Easiest way to find your counter is put your website into a google image search with the word flag as well. it 9 times out of 10 works and it did with yours.
