Flags disappeared
Hello,
I have a problem. All the flags from one of my counters disappeared and I haven't got an access to manage this counter any more. How is it possible and what can I do to prevent this situation for the next time? Once it happened to me and I don't want to repeat this for the next time.

You might have had a time of 30 days without a visit. In that case the collection is been set to zero.

If your counter did not receive a visit in over 30 days, it would have been removed to make room for customers who are making active use of our service. Those removals are permanent.

You should generate a new counter and replace the old one.
