Most countries have regional flags....but thats not an indication that it would be a good idea to have them on fc...........England is the perfect example of this, where there are so many isp's in every area. Now while this isn't the case in smaller countries, an indication of a flag or a fips id isn't necesarily going to give the results we are looking for. Many regions overlap, both in fips terms, and in isp terms, making it luck as to what flag you would receive..... one person could give a specific flag, while a person in the next street would give another......again, England being the perfect example of this. 

Why do you guys continually suggest small or backwards third world countries!!

Micronesia was already tried and failed, there is no point in doing small island nations they just don't work, look at Ethiopia a big third world nation and that didn't work. look at Mongolia we cant even get more than 8 of them, stop suggesting stupid countries and do a little more research on population, internet connections and wealth before suggesting.
