I've seen a flagcounter that had only about 40 countries and had North Korea

no, they can be counted as Germany as well (KP's internet servers used to be located in Germany, don't know if its still there).
If you have ever seen something about North Korea, you should know that it would never be counted as South Korea.

no, they can be counted as Germany as well (KP's internet servers used to be located in Germany, don't know if its still there).

Hahahahaha, now I'd like to see that.
There is a possibility that a counter with 40 flags may have a visit from North Korea. It's just a matter of luck.

Siauliai County, Lithuania is showing in visitor log but isn't counting in regions.
