Pakistan and Papua gives regional. I can prove it. Look in my counters. There are regionals.
This countries we can get regionals flags.

Look on Etiphia. In flagcuanter, and clustr map doesnt have regions.

I meant that Russia and Finland should be updated and the regions that do not exist should be deleted...

No, they shouldn't. FIPS still includes these old regions.
