1.Ulan Batar
2Khentii
3. Orkhon
4.Bulgan
5Selenge
6. Dornod
7. Uvs
These are all that are possible.

No offence but can we please not have any more developing world regional flags. lets have a few first world nations...it's a little easier and a little more possible to get them all.

look at countries like Mongolia, it's considered a developing country and we can not collect all the regional flags, due to mainly lack of population and internet in most areas, if you look at countries like US, Australia, Germany France etc we are able to collect all the regional flags.
