Since we're on this now, all Bogota (Capital District) visits are registered as Cundinamarca. I know that the capital disctrict lies within Cundinamarca, but aren't they supposed to be counted separately? Like, p.e. Kyiv and Kiev, Moscow (City) and Moscow (Province)?
And, although the number of visitors on my RevolverMap sucks, I've got loads of visits from Los Lagos and Tarapaca (Chile), both of which are impossible in Flagcounter, Magdalena and Bogota from Colombia (both impossible), and Minsk from Belarus.

Last question: Is Ingushetia from Russia impossible or just not counting? And what's with Minsk Province from Belarus and Zadar from Croatia?
