How do you know the visitor was from South Sulawesi? I just looked at your visitor log and have that visitor's IP address and I sure can't tell where they are from.
Our service is highly accurate, however, countries like Indonesia are certainly less accurate than the US and European countries. I would prefer to have an unknown than something that might not represent where the visitor actually came from.

which doesn't really help, as it's obvioulsy still wrong

We were showing it as unknown. There was an issue with the way we had the FIPS code programmed. You should see all of your South Sulawesi visitors now.
