You're welcomed, I understand that Malaysia is not very rare.  Me too, Cocos Island is very tough to get, there are less than 1,000 people on Cocos Island.

Yes, but as a Malaysian, you can contact any people there. I read that there are a lot of Malaysians over there.

Yes, but for some reason nobody got a Cocos Islands flag before... I checked the main counter, and others, but no Cocos Islands flags. 

Maybe the ISPs in the Cocos Islands are Australian. That would explain everything.
