and BIOT (1 server in BIOT) the normal internet is from the USA. Tokelau: not possible again in the future. the tk-provider there is closed since some years. they are using internetproviders from australia or new zealand now since longer time - AU NZ.. i had a telephone call there some weeks ago. my AQ-contact leaves since may 2011 flags from the netherlands or germany unknown. Saint Martin: the most of the people there are using internetproviders from guadeloupe, flag GP.

That sounds very definitive Alexander. Maybe it is time to declare Tokelau, BIOT and Saint Martin as impossible countries and add them to the list -- until some time in the future when (if) they ever become available. At least I could stop wasting my time trying to get them ....

"Saint Martin is not impossible" <--- this is true. i wrote only that the most of the people in Saint Martin are using internetprov from Guadeloupe. I saw last week a counter with visits of Saint Martin (.mf)
