For Jeremy: A FC Pro question
Hey Jeremy! I've got a question for you. How come that Zagreb County and Zagreb City are both available to collect, but Kiev (City) and Kiev (Oblast), and Minsk (City) and Minsk (Province) are not? It's impossible to complete Ukrainian and Belarusian regional flags because of that. Thanks in advance!
