Cuba nope, currently AQ, Saint Martin and Nauru. 80-90% of the countries are daily possible, the rest weekly or sometimes in the month.

For the first time, I actually agree with Alexander. Those are the only 3 available flags I am missing. Maybe someone can put my counter on a site that will get me one of the 3.
