Updated to FlagCounter Pro. Problem
I updated to Flag Counter Pro more than three hours ago and have since received visitor from GreatBritain about half an hour ago but it does not show on the counter. What should I do?

I am having problems with my update to Pro. It's been almost 7 hours now and the counter is not showing my counts of foreign countries just U.S. counts and it seems to be affecting my website. It slows the function of my website. I updated my Flag Counter this morning it is the afternoon now with no improvements and no replies in what I need to do. Because I am not receiving any reply from Help and support I will need to cancel my payment for the update. My payment was paid this morning thru PayPal. where do I go to cancel update payment?

What is the URL of your counter? Also, what is your source that you have received visits that are not showing? If they visited in the past and were already counted before you upgraded, they won't be counted a second time after you upgrade. Also, they must view a page that contains your counter.
