It looks like the upgrade did not get processed due to a misconfiguration on our end. It will come through again soon, but I have manually applied it for now.

Your Flag Counter Pro appears to be working OK - it just got a Queensland flag! 
Now your FC Pro is working, please keep an eye on the Flag Offers forum - I shall be offering New South Wales, Victoria, Tasmania and possibly the Australian Capital Territory flags later on this year when I go on holidays, one week in March, two weeks in August.
