Can't upgrade
I opened a paypal account and put enough money on it,but I can't upgrade because I don't have a credit card .

I had the same problem when i tried to buy a necklace on swarovski.nl Because i don't have a creditcard either, but i found an online creditcard service, it works the same, putting money on it and than you receive your card number to use when you buy something

I mean, Why do you need a creditcard when they all advertise to use PayPal ?

Tell me the difference , I mean, you put money on the bank ( PayPal in this case), to buy something
Creditcards, well you'll get the bill later, but still have to pay for it, and it will cost you more

The way to go if you do not have a credit card is to get hold of a Visa debit card - this works the same way as a credit card but you are using your money instead of the bank's. I have a Visa debit card myself which I have used to pay for FC Pro - once you get a debit card just register it on your PayPal account - it is perfectly safe - then you can buy FC Pro with the funds in your PayPal account.
