Just a question or two.
How do you get so many hits?
How is it possible to get more unique users for a country than there are people living in that country?
And doesn't having so many hits kinda depersonalise the whole internet?
Myself, I like the idea of seeing all those real people from all over the world on the net and even writing with them.

I think Jeremy answered those questions. Rule number 1. Put ur counter on lastfm - u will get 3 visits for each real visit.

Huh? Why would that be? I believe Morticia's point is one that I share. The purpose of our service is to provide an accurate and useful representation of your website's visitors. I'm not sure why someone would want something other than that.

I agree Jeremy. And agree with Morticia. How is it possible to get more visits than people or computers on a tiny island ? Post ur counter 3 ways on the same lastfm page - standard counter, mini counter, map counter.

The 3 versions on the same page should not result in a visitor being counted 3 times. The only version that should do this is the no longer offered "last visit" counter.
