Cannot manage counter after upgrading to "pro"

Hello Jens,

I have upgraded the second of my four counters before Christmas. After the upgrade management became impossible, with a message "account created anonymously". But the account was created using my office email address, and I have received a confirmation and a password.

I sent a copy of the "confirmation mail" to support@flagcounter.com on December 23rd, but got no answer up to now. I have resent the mail today, because maybe it was lost in the heavy Xmas traffic.

May I kindly ask you to give me advice how to resolve this. The counter I speak about is [ s09  mtF ].

my sincere thanks for your kind and quick support.
I can now manage both my "pro" counters. I indeed
enjoy the features of the "pro" version.

I think, however, that I have discovered a small bug.
With both counters, set to "hide" "you" and "newest",
and the setting 2 columns and 2 flags in a small window,
"you" and "newest" are still there.

I have discovered this immediately after I got my new
code, and tested last just a minute ago. Maybe you can
verify this phenomenon, or tell me what I do wrong. But
if it is a bug, it is not really disturbing.

Yes, this is a bug.  I will note that it needs to be fixed.

Hi Was this ever fixed and given the option to hide "You and Newest" ????
If yes, in Flag Counter Pro, can I change it?
