Suggestion: Get rid of rogue HTML

When I click on my own counter, I get some "raw html" in the chart of the countries... see http://swiftys.org.uk/images/flagcounter.gif and notice the "</a> <i>" in the "Unknown" section.

I've mentioned this in the past, but nothing happened. It's a shame that this fly in the ointment has survived for so long.

I checked your counter and all looks like expected. I can't confirm your observations?

Which browser and which version do you use?

Re: Suggestion: Get rid of rogue HTML

This has been fixed.  It is very unusual for an unknown to make it into the top countries chart, so we didn't notice it.

Wow, I thought I'd already received my last Christmas present for 2011.

Thank you!

Incidentally, I work for a large IT Corporation, so a significant number of my visitors will reach my personal site via our transparent proxies. These will be from countries across the globe, and often not even in the same country as the actual user.

Perhaps this is causing them to be "Unknown"?

Whatever the cause, I can live with this; it just increases the air of mystery.
