Different country names at different servers???

Hi,
it seems that different flagcounter servers are using/showing different names of some countries - e. g. Russia and Vatican City (like Jens' FC is showing) vs. Russian Federation and Holy See (Vatican City State) like my FC is showing.
Why's that?
