Choose from where test location server or what browser you want to check your pages. Here are their server location that will add you the flag of : US (VA, NY, IL, MO, & CA), CA, BR, IE, UK, FR, BE, NL, CH, SE, IL, KE, IN (Delhi, Bangalore & Hyderabad), RU, SG, TW, CN, KR, JA, AU, & NZ.
Useful site I get from Google recommendation to check my webpage. I had tried it with 3 different server and gave me CA, SG & CH flags.

I run webpage test just now using server from Nairobi, Kenya. But I get a visit from Peru instead of Kenya. It's been a long time since my last PE flag.
Oops, sorry it's just another visitor from Peru. The test is not completed, then I must rerun again.

Nairobi, Kenya failed for me also (stuck on waiting) but all the others worked.

Tried it out from Japan - it worked well and didn't take long for the test to finish.

The purpose is to test your site from pre-determined sites (locations.) Pick any location and note your grades then pick another location observer the differences from one location to another. You will also collect a flag from each location on the list.
