Thank you Igogo, but actually, I just noticed the problem... your website says '' Most Wanted and Popular Windows 7 and Windows Vista Gadgets. '' .... I see the problem now. 
... I guess I need to upgrade to Windows 7 soon...

Aero as you know Windows XP don't have native Sidebar. As for me I just instal Win XP into virtual machine and install Sidebar. Network Monitor II works fine. Then I install other sidebar. Gadget crashed. Maybe you need other Sidebar. If you need it call me via form that I told you.
