I'm not 100% certain, and so stand to be corrected...but I would have guessed that both Isle of Man and Jersey would use UK ISPs ?

Ah... then I do stand corrected !
After a bit of research, it seems that Jersey adresses are suffixed .je, Gurnsey .gg and Isle of Man .im.
Always something new to learn... and now I want their flags too !
