You are talking about a crash : does it mean that it could happen several times
Can this affect every kind of counters, big ones as little ?
Sorry if perheaps I seem to be very ignorant and speaking with a bad english   

PS : my newest flag is Jersey, with a real visitor, I got it immediatly after the Lorelei's gift : Buthan !
