Does counter count ALL flags?
I just installed a Flag Counter and had visits from China and Thailand that didn't show up. A Canadian flag showed up. My site has had a marked increase in foreign traffic in the past two days.

As long as your visitors allow the flag counter image to be displayed, yes!

Some internet providers, especially from China, will allow visitors to visit ur site. But will not download flag counter. So u don't get the flag.
